Your First Visit
Please bring your identification and insurance card with you to your first visit. We ask that all of our new patients complete our intake forms, which we provide below for your convenience.
After you arrive in our office, Dr. Ronning will provide you with a consultation to discuss your health history and your present concerns. Next, he will conduct an examination to test your flexibility and reflexes. If you are eligible for treatment, the doctor may offer you exercises, stretches, and/or an adjustment. Last, the doctor will discuss a follow-up care plan for pain management and continued relief.
